Nick Rosenthal is a co-founder and CEO of Peeractive™. He has deep industry experience in marketing and e-commerce, having worked with companies such as Coca Cola, MTV, AWAL and Thane International.

Nick’s entrance to the startup world began when he was 14, having created the idea behind the world’s first online ringtone portal, Yourmobile.com. The site amassed over 10 million registered users and 85 million downloads, and was eventually sold to Vivendi Universal. Most recently, Nick spent three years producing infomercials and home shopping content for Australia’s leading direct response retailer.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and a Masters of Arts & Entertainment Management degree. His passions include music, sports, and travelling.

David Stein is a co-founder and CPO of Peeractive™. He has been developing websites and product prototypes for over 10 years, with a particular focus on the retail and wholesale industry.

David sold his first company at the age of 20, and has been an active entrepreneur ever since. His most recent venture was developing a branded e-commerce site which was eventually acquired by Tiffany’s. David has a unique set of skills that merges design, IT, sales and operations, allowing him to design highly functional and relevant technology products.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in Accounting. When he’s not working, David enjoys spending time boating and fishing around the Sydney waters.

Nir Golan is the Chief Operating Officer of Peeractive™. Nir has over 10 years experience in management consulting, having worked as a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Advisory Practice. Nir’s background is in IT and business strategy, and has spent the last five years helping build and manage a practice of 60+ resources.

Nir is also an experienced entrepreneur, having started his first company in high school. While he was a college student, Nir led a business development team and raised over $3m to fund a new student building.

Nir holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance & Marketing, and a Master of Science degree in Information Science. Nir enjoys skiing, surfing, and scuba diving in foreign locations.

Rob Arbittier is the CTO of Peeractive™ and has been a visionary in the software industry for over 30 years.

In 1985, Rob created the first music software for the blind for Stevie Wonder. In 1990, Rob co-founded a successful production company, Noisy Neighbors Productions, that has produced music and sound-design for blockbuster films, tv, video games, and Super Bowl shows.

Rob is also a Grammy award-winning engineer and has worked extensively with Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Ray Charles, Peter Frampton and many others.

In recent years, Rob has led development teams for enterprise and consumer applications and has worked closely with Google, Apple, Microsoft, EA Games, Disney, Sony and Universal. In Rob’s spare time, wait, he has no spare time.
